Our focus is to constantly improve the student experience, In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will try our best to give you the best learning experience possible by finding a solution to the issues. However, we do not offer any refunds after the payment is made to NFNA towards the fee of the course, workshop or any other paid event/activity offered by NFNA EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “NFNA”).. Please read the terms and conditions of every course/workshop offered by NFNA before enrolling for it.

Cancellation Policy

You can choose to cancel your enrolment for any of the NFNA courses/workshops by sending an email to with the subject, “Cancellation of my enrolment in [course name]”. Your enrolment shall be cancelled within 7 days from the date the mail reaches our inbox. Please note that no refund shall be provided for any cancellation of any of our courses/workshops.
